Layline Automation, Inc. respects your privacy. By opting into our SMS messaging service, you agree to the following terms regarding how we handle your data.

- We collect your name, email address, and mobile phone number when you opt in to receive SMS communications. Information may be collected through employment applications, recruiting platforms (such as ZipRecruiter), email, phone conversations, or other recruiting communications.  

- We use your data solely for sending messages related to the employment application process, including follow-up communication, interview updates, scheduling, and responses to applicant questions.  

- We protect your data with secure storage measures to prevent unauthorized access.  

- We retain your information if you are subscribed to our SMS messaging service. You may request deletion at any time.  

- MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan.  

- Messages are recurring, and message frequency varies.  

- Contact Layline Automation, Inc. at (833) 352-9546 or Finance@laylineautomation.com for HELP or to STOP receiving messages.  

- You can opt out of the SMS list at any time by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE. After unsubscribing, you will receive a final SMS to confirm you have unsubscribed, and we will remove your number from our list within 24 hours.  

- You can send HELP for additional assistance, and you will receive a text including our phone     number and email address. We are here to help you.  

- We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Layline Automation, Inc. will not sell, rent, or share collected mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Layline Automation and mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
